Free shipping services
At lobloo, we offer free shipping within the EU, North America, and Australia with an estimated delivery time of 2-6 business days.
For other countries, the estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.
For faster delivery, we offer fixed prices worldwide with estimated delivery times of 1-3 business days for the aforementioned regions and 3-5 business days for other countries.
Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for all duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU.
Our items are stored in the EU, UK, North America, and Australia, so we can provide a traceable number and faster delivery within these regions. If an item is out of stock in these locations, we will ship your order from Sweden with an acknowledgment number. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. If you only receive a delivery date and it is not delivered on time, please contact us with your order number so we can track it.
For other countries, we will provide you with an acknowledgment number which tracks the location of your order and whether it has been received. If your order has arrived at your location without any notification, we recommend that you contact your local postal service for more information. Please note that we use a third-party for shipping and all trackable orders marked as delivered by the carrier are counted as delivered. Therefore, please ensure that your shipping and contact information is correct when placing an order.
Lost deliveries can be investigated after 30 days.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return any items purchased from the lobloo online store within 14 days of the delivery date. All products must be returned in their original condition. Since it is a hygiene product, it cannot be returned if the package has been opened, and therefore we cannot refund it.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we receive the goods, so we recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking of packages.
Duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU cannot be refunded, and the shipping cost is non-refundable for orders shipped by our paid shipping services.

If you want to reclaim a product, you must contact us by email and notify us of why you do not accept the item and specify why you think the product is incorrect. Email us at email@example.com. If we accept the reclaim, we will send you a prepaid return note and further instructions. Please notify lobloo of any complaints within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you do not pick up your order, we will charge you for delivery, return, and storage costs. The current cost of this is $15. Uncollected orders are not considered a cancellation of your purchase.
