Better than the bulky padded groin guards.

My 12 year old says it is more comfortable than the more common padded style groin guards used in TKD competitions. It took a few minutes to figure out but watched their video online and it was simple enough. Once you fit it properly it is easy to put on.

These have about the best protection i've found and easy to put on and off. Only complain is seems to go a little low, but gives you better protection from a kick under.
