As an Athlete and martial artist explosiveness are as important as being flexible and having a strong body. During the Covid19 you could have limited access to go to the gym. So we made some good exercise that works great in a home environment. So no excuses.
Why is explosiveness important as an Athlete;
Explosiveness will improve your speed. When speed improves it will improve your power. When you then add endurance, you have everything needed or an Athlete in close contact sports.
Why do you need a flexible and strong body as an Athlete?
Real Punching Power comes from Speed and Speed comes from a balance of Flexibility and Stability. With that said you need to improve this part as well.
